I'm changing my major to english. If I'm going to get an imaginary degree from a school I fucking hate, it mind as well be one that permits be to hang around in my bathrobe, masturbate, and read books all day.

My advisor is furious.

The only ostensible career ambitions I have involve me marrying an old, rich white man.

that's the ONLY kind of career to have! and why is your adviser furious? it's not like he/she is the one taking classes. bitch needs to stfu (I'm sure he/she feels somewhat invested in your career though. maybe if you write a book they can get a shout out!)

I seriously do miss you though. I want to wine and dine you ($5 bottle of wine and some delicious, savory cheese). And I want my earrings back. They haven't been lost to the depths of you apartment yet, have they?

which was funny, but some of my co-workers and family are friends. I feel like there are some social regulations there that I should probably follow. I'm enough of an asshole in day-to-day dealings.

The list of classes that I have to take to complete a music major is pretty long, so I'm not sure, but I think on there somewhere is a course called How to Attract A Wealthy Spouse. If not, there should be, because marrying someone rich is really the only way I can be assured that I'll be able to eat regularly for the rest of my life, given my career choice.
